“What sets us apart from other companies is our commitment to best practices. We are always looking for new ways to make the restoration process more efficient, affordable, and environmentally friendly. And while we’re always open new ideas, we also pride ourselves on traditional craftsmanship, strong work ethic, and attention to customer service. I’m confident that we’re moving the industry forward.”

Sometimes decks are just faded and dry. In this case we can restore your deck by removing mildew and mold, performing a careful power wash, and sealing your deck by brush with a high quality penetrating stain.
If there are several layers of old semi-transparent stain or if there is uneven weathering of your deck stain, it probably needs sanding in preparation for refinishing. In some cases we will only refinish the horizontal surfaces and leave the verticals if they are in good shape--this saves you money, and reduces unnecessary work.
Unfortunately, a solid stain or paint was applied to your deck in the past. If you don't want another deck refinishing with solid stain, we would need to do an aggressive sanding to remove the product from your deck. We can then clean, power wash, and apply a high quality penetrating stain that will NEVER peel.
"I always get frustrated when the house needs maintenance because there's usually no one I can trust. Working with Colorado Deck Master was a breeze: cheap, quick, and easy. I actually look forward to calling them up in a few years."
